TEJEN is an ethical luxury brand founded in 2016 by designers Isabel Encinias & Mark Kroeker.  The brand celebrates master craftsmanship, promotes living beautifully and believes that PASSION CREATES WORTH.  Convinced that luxury should naturally contribute to preserving the beauty and rarity of our planet, TEJEN strives to use the highest quality, ethical and sustainable materials while employing responsible production and distribution practices under humane conditions.

THE FOUNDERS

Isabel Encinias and Mark Kroeker met in Paris nearly 20 years ago and immediately bonded over common passions.  While developing their own design careers, experiencing ups and downs, the fantasy and the reality of their own industries, they became close friends and confidantes, sharing life experiences and discovering a common passion for travel and the exploration of the many cultures of the world.  From the Hill tribes in Myanmar, to the ancient ruins of the Apache Sacred lands in New Mexico, from gliding along the Mekong in Laos to surfing the French coastlines, the culture, food, art, history and craft of the world has been a never-ending source of inspiration for the two designers.
